Hoe verzamelartikelen kopen op CollectPlaza

Zoeken:

Als bezoeker van CollectPlaza kunt u bladeren door de overzichten met verzamelartikelen die worden aangeboden door de verschillende winkels. Er zijn drie manieren om de artikelen van uw keuze te vinden:

1. Het gebruik van de zoek functie om artikelen te vinden die overeenkomen met een treftwoord dat u ingeeft

- of -

2. Klik op een categorie en gebruikt vervolgens de zoek functie om de artikelen te vinden in die categorie die overeenkomen met een treftwoord dat u ingeeft

- of -

3. Klik op de "Winkels" tab en gebruik de zoekfunctie om de winkels te vinden die artikelen aanbieden waaring het treftwoord voorkomt dat u ingeeft.

Buying or bookmarking:

First time visitors need to register before they can buy or bookmark. Read more about the registration process on the MyPlaza page.

As a registered CollectPlaza user you wil have MyPlaza available. This is the place where you can log in to CollectPlaza and where your user and transaction information is stored.

You can visit your MyPlaza anytime to find up-to-date information about your reservations and recent purchases. Also status information about shipments from the seller can be found at your MyPlaza.

Buying:

Please pay special attention to the payment conditions of the shop that are displayed with the article. By buying an article you agree to these conditions.

If you want to buy a collectible, you can press the "Buy" button with that specific item.After pressing the "Buy" button and a confirmation, you have bought the article.

The information of that article will now appear in your MyPlaza under "Purchases" with the status "Order". Because your e-mail address is known to CollectPlaza, the seller will automatically send you an e-mail confirming the transaction and informing you about the next steps. This email will contain relevant payment instructions and shipment information.

Once the seller has received your payment, the article will be shipped. The seller will change the status of your purchased item from "Order" to "Shipment". You as a buyer will be able to see the new status in your MyPlaza under "Purchases".

After receipt of the article, you need to confirm the receipt by pressing the "Delivered" button with the article having the "Shipment" status. The status will change to "Delivered" and the seller is informed about the receipt.

Steps of the buying process:

Bookmark:

If you find an article that you like, but do not yet want to buy, you can bookmark that article.

Bookmarking an article at CollectPlaza means that the article is shortlisted in your MyPlaza.

Bookmarking makes a non exclusive reservation. Other buyers are still able to buy that speicific article. Bookmarked articles are listed in your MyPlaza and can be easily found under "Bookmarks".

If you want to bookmark a collectible, you can press the "Bookmark" button with that specific item.

If you decide to buy a bookmarked article in a later stage just press the "Buy" button and follow the steps described earlier in this document under "Buying"
